Lennox is hiring for an Analyst - Accounting & Compliance!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Take lead and work on inventory audit for stores. Collaborate with other team members.
• Take lead and perform OPEX Audit for stores.
• Perform balance scorecard activity related to stores.
• Assist in performing Quality Check
• Month end accounting and financial analysis
• Identify and execute process improvement opportunities including automations
• Interact with stakeholders, leaders as required.
• Maintaining repository & creation of standard operating procedures.
• Perform additional tasks from time to time as required.

Requirements:

• Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 1 year related experience.
• Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and theories of financial statements and reports, accounting ledgers and journals and of computer technology related to accounting systems.
• Good in analytical skills.
• Very strong in MS excel.
• Prior Knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
• Experience working with pricing tools and financial modelling software (Vendavo / Salesforce / Qlik)
• Good communication skills (both written and oral) strong interpersonal skills are added advantage.
• Experience working with US stakeholders and having facetime with US team on daily basis.
• Excellent presentation skills to convey complex pricing information to non-technical stakeholders
