Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prepare and submit Fund and Investor Reports with accuracy, ensuring compliance with SLAs and regulatory standards.
• Deliver error-free services consistently while adhering to Turnaround Time (TAT) expectations.
• Work on Partnership Accounting Applications to manage fund and investor-level data efficiently.
• Contribute to a positive and professional team environment, promoting collaboration and support.
• Apply strong interpersonal skills to manage day-to-day operations and coordinate effectively with internal teams.
• Proactively identify and suggest process improvements for operational efficiency and quality enhancement.

Requirements: 

• Strong understanding of Financial Accounting, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• General awareness of Capital Markets, financial instruments, and investment structures.
• Understanding of Banking processes related to fund transfers, cash management, and reconciliations.
• Familiarity with the Private Equity, Real Estate, and Hedge Fund domains, including:
• Fund structures and investor types
• Capital Calls and Distributions
• Financial Statement preparation
• Investor Reporting
• Hands-on experience with fund accounting systems and tools used in alternative investment operations.
• Working knowledge of key fund processes, including accounting workflows and compliance practices.
