Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide day-to-day support on Deloitte Learning Platform administration, specializing in SABA cloud (LMS).
• Manage Catalog, session, and roster management, along with advanced administration and reporting.
• Efficiently answer queries related to content, learning organization, and contacts.
• Support learning initiatives and solutions, conduct ad-hoc research, and meet timelines with quality deliverables.
• Redirect system and functionality inquiries to appropriate resources.
• Participate in testing of new features in the LMS.
• Apply knowledge of learning systems, data analysis, and reporting.
• Assist in E-learning and classroom creation and support.
• Perform routine tasks with analytical thinking skills.
• Develop and apply procedures with some judgment.
• Manage project responsibilities, such as gathering, tracking, and summarizing data.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain contacts and share information.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, or Technology.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in email etiquette.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience in managing large datasets, providing insights, and creating custom reports.
• Experience with developing macros in Excel and VBA coding.
• Experience handling cases/tickets.
• Ability to work well in teams and interact with internal clients to understand their requirements.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
• Knowledge of evaluation/survey systems like MTM, SurveyMonkey, Clicktools (preferred).
• Experience extracting reports from DLP and SQL databases (preferred).
• Basic knowledge of creating MS PowerPoint presentations (preferred).
• Knowledge of learning management systems, preferably SABA, and performing basic administration activities like creating courses, marking attendance, and adding learners (preferred).
