eClerx is hiring for the role of analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop content on web pages as per defined guidelines and client requirements
• Work with graphic designers to create assets like images, banners, videos, documents, etc. for designing web pages
• Provide QA support for peers to maintain high-quality content on web pages
• Support request management as per priorities coming from the client
• Coordinate with multiple stakeholders/teams to understand project requirements 
• Coordinate with team members and manage multiple requests/projects simultaneously
• Maintain all data and reports related to requests/projects 

Requirements:

• BCA, BBA, B.Com with any IT certification/course related to Website Management, Content Management, B.Sc (Physics/Chemistry/Maths/IT/Computer Science)
• Any Graduate with 6 months to 1 year of experience in Web Content Management (Front-End).
• Maintain and update the content of the website using 3rd party tools
• Working experience with the Amazon Vendor Central tool or similar tool will be an advantage
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to quickly and efficiently assimilate process knowledge
• Professional in conduct/behavior, appearance, and communication
• Must be reliable in terms of attendance and timing
• Flexible for US/Europe Shifts
• Basic Knowledge of Excel for reporting
• Good documentation skills
