Merck is Hiring for the role of Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Support the supply chain activities to ensure the respective Supplier Master Data processes as agreed with the business.
• Focus on ensuring implementation and monitoring of the Quality Management System and continuous improvement.
• Ensure management of tasks and documentation.
• Maintenance and creation of Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions, Specifications ensuring documents are available via Mango (internal documentation system used for procedures, quality agreements, etc.).
• Ensure good connections with Stakeholders, Quality Assurance, attend team meetings, and have regular contact with regional and global teams.
• Function as a trusted partner, collaborator, and communicator.

Requirements:

• Have 0-2 years of experience related to the Life science industry, ideally with a mix of Manufacturing / Quality operations, Distribution Warehouse management, or other related activities
• Knowledge of MS Office packages (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and appropriate Analytical Tools
• Fair knowledge of Documentation tools such as CARA. Good Documentation Practices are an advantage
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated with a competitive attitude
• Knowledge of relevant technical information
• Exemplary attendance and ability to adhere to the schedule
