Alliance Bernstein is hiring for the role of Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure Data flow processes run correctly and escalation of any issues to proper channels
• Reconcile trade overrides
• Work with sales teams to set up new relationships and strategies
• Monitor quality control checks, investigate exceptions, and resolve the process until completion
• Retrieve and monitor data downloads
• Generate of commission accruals and coordination of loads with internal teams to ensure the quality of the data
• Coordinate with teams to add platform data sources to the system

Requirements:

• Experience in accounting and/or finance background an advantage
• Distribution support role (sales and/or marketing platforms) an advantage
• Must have strong relationship/customer management experience
• Proven analytical abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and a propensity to quickly learn new applications, processes, and areas of business.
• SQL skills are a plus
• Salesforce/Microsoft Dynamics CRM skills are a plus
• Intellectual curiosity
• Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity, poise, maturity, and precision both written and verbal.
• Client-focused and results-oriented, diligent, and works with a sense of urgency. Assertive, responsible for his/her work (self-directed), has a strong affinity for defining work in deliverables, and willing to commit to deadlines
