Colliers is hiring for the role of Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Conduct in-depth research on real estate capital markets, analyzing trends, transaction data, and economic indicators.
• Develop detailed financial models to assess the feasibility and profitability of real estate projects, including land acquisitions and development opportunities
• Develop and maintain complex financial models to compute funding structures and financial projections, assess the financial feasibility of real estate investments, sensitivity analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Analyse investment returns, risk factors, and potential exit strategies..
• Engage with clients to understand their investment objectives, risk tolerance, and preferences.
• Identify potential investment opportunities and participate in due diligence processes.
• Stay abreast of industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in real estate capital markets.

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in finance, real estate, business, or a related field
• 2-6 years of experience in real estate analysis, finance, or consulting.
• Excellent financial modeling skills.
• Knowledge of local real estate markets, regulations, and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with Mid to Senior Level Management of Clients
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Hands-on in preparing Presentations
• Proficiency in relevant software tools, including Microsoft Excel.
