Cushman & Wakefield is hiring for the role of Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Prepare DCF models in Argus Enterprise for commercial properties in the US
• Prepare excel based analysis for these property assets
• Analyze property-level information from various sources including income statements, budgets, rent rolls, recovery reconciliations, Real estate tax analysis, and abatements to do a deep dive into the property and put together an indication of value.
• Understand nuances of commercial property valuation to seek relevant information
• Interpret market reports and prepare writeup analysis for the asset's market
• Interpret lease documents to understand relevant details for modeling and prepare lease abstracts.

Requirements:

• Engineering/MBA Graduate or similar qualification
• 2-3 years experience in the US Commercial Real Estate domain
• Strong quantitative orientation with knowledge of Discounted Cash flow, IRR, NPV, and return analysis.
• Experience in working on Argus Enterprise and Excel
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills
• Self-starter with an ability to manage tight timelines and diligent work division skills.
• Ability to understand deliverable requirements and manage independently.
