Airtel is hiring for the role of Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Ensure accurate and timely monthly closure of financial activities.
• Identify and implement opportunities for improving accounting and reporting procedures.
• Adhere to SVCCL compliance for Revenue-related Accounting guidelines and control checks.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with internal/external customers, auditors, and OpCo.
• Manage projects related to Prepaid and postpaid revenue, Automation, and Simplification.
• Provide timely and accurate submission of inputs to Group/BPA/Marketing per SLAs.
• Submit data and analyze data for OpCo.

Requirements:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges.
• Familiarity with revenue-related accounting processes is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
• Passion for innovation and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
