AMS Support Analyst, HR Systems Job in Bangalore at Manga Industries Limited

Manga Industries Limited is hiring for the role of AMS Support Analyst,HR Systems!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Provide first-level support for Dayforce Payroll and Time & Attendance inquiries, ensuring timely resolution or escalation
• Assist with system configurations, testing, and validation of Payroll and Time & Attendance modules
• Collaborate with senior specialists to analyze and resolve system issues or enhancement requests
• Assist in developing and maintaining user guides, FAQs, and documentation for system processes
• Respond to tickets and user queries with professionalism, ensuring clear communication and follow-up
• Support training sessions by preparing materials or addressing basic user questions

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, IT, or related field required
• 1-2 years experience in an HR, payroll, or systems support role; Dayforce experience preferred
• Basic understanding of payroll processes and calculations
• Familiarity with Payroll and Time & Attendance systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite applications, mainly Excel
• Experience with Dayforce and respective modules considered is an asset
