CoinDCX is hiring for the role of AML Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identifying and raising any Transaction monitoring and Trade Surveillance risk and within the stipulated time.
• Performing and/or ensuring periodic reporting.
• Performing and/or ensuring alert allocations and escalations.
• Performing and/or ensuring quality checks.
• Performing and/or ensuring Internal & External audits/tests are supported.
• Performing and/or ensuring update and management of procedures.
• Being responsible for all periodic reports and ad-hoc MI requests.
• Doing Extensive investigations for money laundering / terrorist financing which may potentially lead to Suspicious Transaction Reporting (STR).
• Taking Adhoc initiatives such as proposing amendments to policies and procedures, and delivering related training to the business and other interested parties.
• Recommending and driving process change and improvements to the existing transaction/trade surveillance model.
• Conducting/Actively participating in team building/engagement activities.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Graduate and previous experience of at least 1-2 years in a similar role. Banking, Financial Services would be very beneficial
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work
• Ability to work on a Shift basis
• Ability to work well under pressure and tight time frames
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
