AM - Indirect Materials Job in Pune at Mahindra Group

Mahindra is hiring for the role of AM - Indirect Materials!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Purchase, Store and manage all consumable / indirect and direct items
• Issue all materials as per BoM or requirement critically and book issuance shop / process wise.
• Planning & organizing daily work and share daily report of Material transaction.
• Monitor and control materials rejection due to expiry dates, avois over stocking
• Monitor proper house keeping in process material stores.
• Responsible for consumable store FIFO, 5S, Safety and authorised entry.
• Control on adherence to all Procedures, processes, guideline & instructions with no loss to Production
• Monitoring inventory cycles and perpetual inventory.
• To submit the wrong supply reports to all concerned.
• To submit the GRN's to finance for all local parts received at process material stores.
• To maintain necessary stationery, safety PPEs, Consumables,, huzadous / non Hazardous stocks
• To monitor obsolescence parts to move to separate area.
• Maintains and follow EMS, QMS procedures and processes.
