AM/DM - Raw Material and Press panel Job in Gurgaon at Maruti Suzuki India Limited

Maruti Suzuki is hiring for the role of AM/DM - Raw Material and Press panel!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• RM source development for new & existing model, monitoring.
• Localize new steel grades for upcoming models.
• Coordinate with internal customers, vendors, and steel mills to resolve issues.
• Facilitate smooth new & existing model trials through effective coordination.
• Conduct formability trials of in-house press parts for alternate source development
• Coordinate with Steel Mills, SC team, and Shop to resolve the Steel related defects
• Initiate various cost-saving activities through yield improvement, reuse of RM, etc.
• Develop special grade steels like HSS, UHSS, BH, GA grades et
• Develop and RM source finalization and supply for new models
• Design, development, and CAE for pallets for storage of in-house press parts
• Ensure supply of pallets as per the New Model Schedule
• Plan and executing of shifting of models (press facility) between plants as per the guidelines

Requirements:

• BE / B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical / Production Eng. / Metallurgy
