AM/DM Maintenance Press Shop Job in Manesar at Maruti Suzuki India Limited

Maruti Suzuki is hiring for the role of AM/DM Maintenance Press Shop!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Brief and concise knowledge of Hydraulic Press Machines (Preferably H&F and Komatsu)
• Knowledge of Troubleshooting of Hydraulic systems, drawing readings
• Knowledge of Troubleshooting of Pneumatic systems, drawing readings
• Knowledge of Equipment like Yaskawa Robots, Mitsubishi/Reliance Servo System
• Knowledge of Troubleshooting of Networks Device net/CC-Link/Yasakawa
• Knowledge of Laser welding systems
• Specialize Skills in electrical system troubleshooting, drawing reading
• Concise knowledge of Various Hydraulic/Lubrication oils and their usage.
• Knowledge of New Technologies and cloud services for IOT applications
• Knowledge of Scheduling of Preventive & Predictive Maintenance system
• Coordinate Work Performed by Outside Vendors
• Ensure Efficient Repair Schedules and review repair cost estimates
• Prioritize the maintenance and repair of equipment and planning at sub-part levels
• Control and monitor of inventory systems
• Knowledge of Spare Procurement & negotiation skills.

Requirements:

• Strong Knowledge of Engineering Concepts Including Electrical, Hydraulic, Fluid Systems, Pneumatics
• Ability to interpret blueprints (Drawings), specifications & schematics
• Effective Interpersonal and written communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and multitask effectively
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
• Excellent Negotiation Skills
• Knowledge of SAP ARIBA/HANA & MS-Access will be an added advantage
