Mahindra is hiring for the role of AM/DM- Employee Relations!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Managing the day to day Central Kitchen Operations
- Managing the equipments of central kitchen with proper upkeep.
- Checking the Power, Gas, Water Units on daily basis & actions plans to reduce the same.
- Checking the quality of snacks/food prepared in the shifts & ensure that the production is planned as per the count shared.
- Equipment maintenance by ensuring the AMC/CMC.
- Resolving the Civil & Utility issue at Central Kitchen by following up with the concerned stake holders.
- Ensuring the proper food production as per the head count shared.
- Timely movement of food from kitchen to dining halls to ensure no line loss.
- Ensuring SOP for each of the equipments & strict adherence.
- Ensuring timely maintenance of the equipments with the OEM.
- Ensuring there is no noncompliance in view of kitchen operations.
Requirements:
- MBA HR
