AM/DM: ADAS Calibration and Testing Engineer Job in Rohtak at Maruti Suzuki India Limited

Maruti Suzuki is hiring for the role of AM/DM: ADAS Calibration and Testing Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Tune and develop Chassis Component for passenger cars – Suspension, Brakes, Electric Power Steering, Electronic Stability Control, & Tire tuning
• Calibrate and test ADAS Functions 
• Evaluate vehicle and component for function, performance, and bench reliability
• Benchmark vehicle performance & component-level Chassis Systems & ADAS functions on Competitor Vehicles
• Resolve vehicle concerns/issues and management reporting during various model development stages

Requirements:

• Excellent driving and vehicle evaluation skills along with proving ground driving experience
• Basic Know-how of Instrumentation, Vehicle level Test Execution, and Data Analysis skills
• Ascertain the subjective evaluation feelings and able to correlate with objective data of Vehicle Attributes.
• Basic Knowledge about Base Brakes/ESP/Vehicle Dynamics system functional tuning and calibration.
• Experience as System engineer responsible for calibration of one or more Test Systems for meeting Regulatory/Safety/Customer convenience features.
• Understanding of Vehicle CAN and functioning is desirable.
• Understanding of ADAS sensors such as Radar, Camera, Lidar, Ultrasonics, etc.
• Exposure to regulatory protocol testing (EUNCAP/JNCAP/AIS) would be an added advantage
