Genpact is hiring for the role of AM - Accounts Payable!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Deliver service in line with agreed controls and procedures to ensure high-level customer service for internal and external customers.
• Process invoices with PO, buy-sell process (Post GRs manually).
• Reconcile vendor statements, GIRIR clearing, and debit balances.
• Ensure quality of Accounts Payable (AP) processes, handling all non-compliant and non-standard processes within the country.
• Manage multiple partners, including both internal and external stakeholders.
• As a team leader, supervise and guide your team in daily activities.
• Implement changes as needed and analyze bugs

Requirements:

• MBA in Finance (with B.Com as Graduation).
• Relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel.
• Experience working with various ERP Packages, particularly JDE & SAP.
