Talent Worx is hiring for the role of AM 2 IT Engineer - SAP ABAP Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and maintain ABAP programs to support integration processes between SAP and external applications.
• Create, modify and enhance RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflows) objects as per business requirements.
• Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integration issues related to IDOCs, BAPIs, and RFCs, ensuring seamless data transfer.
• Optimize and enhance existing code for performance and efficiency, adhering to best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to junior developers.
• Document processes and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.

Requirements:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in SAP ABAP development with a strong focus on RICEFW objects.
• Solid understanding of SAP modules, especially MM and SD, and their integration points.
• Experience with IDOC processing and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA architecture and capabilities.
• Good debugging skills and ability to analyze ABAP performance issues.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
