Lenovo is hiring for the role of Alliance Program Operations Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Maintain track of budget and activities related to alliance marketing operations.
• Ensure the alliance plan is approved and compliant with advertising design and branding standards.
• Collect proof of execution, invoices, and ensure the proper claiming of alliance funds with the alliance partner.
• Ensure that all processes are followed and there is no deviation while managing overall alliance marketing operations.
• Keep records of transactions, alliance reimbursements, and fund transfers up to date and accurate on an ongoing basis.
• Regularly interact with Geo team members, Alliance Finance team, Geo Ops Manager, and alliance partners to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise with internal teams and external alliance partners.
• Ability to ensure compliance with branding, advertising design, and operational procedures.
• Experience in managing budgets and ensuring the accuracy of financial records.
• Previous experience in alliance or partner marketing is preferred.
• Familiarity with financial processes such as reimbursements, fund transfers, and invoicing.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow up on processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
