Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Lead the end-to-end implementation of Aisera solutions, including configuration and integration.
• Gather and analyze client requirements to design tailored Aisera solutions.
• Develop and execute implementation plans, ensuring timely and successful deployment.
• Configure Aisera modules, including workflows, reports, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with internal teams, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors to align solutions with strategic goals.
• Conduct end-to-end testing, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure data accuracy.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including technical specifications and user guides.
• Provide training and support to clients on Aisera solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Aisera features and best practices to continuously improve implementation processes.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Aisera concepts, architecture, and operational configurations.
• Experience in implementing AI-driven autonomous support and operations solutions.
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Aisera modules.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Experience in working with enterprise systems and integrations.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to work collaboratively with clients.
• Certifications:
  • Aisera Certified Professional (preferred)
  • Relevant AI or IT Service Management certifications (preferred)
