Tata Consultancy Services is hiring for the role of Airport Operation System!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• International Air Transport Association (IATA) Certified or Diploma in Travel and Tourism 
• Good knowledge of the Airline Industry
• Previous work experience of working on Airport systems and applications like Amadeus Altea, Sabre DCS, SITA DCS, Amadeus OPR, iCoupon, Sabre Sonic, Cargo apps 
• Working knowledge of any GDS
• Supported DCS systems for Reservations, Passenger Check-ins & Boarding, Baggage check-in, Load management. 
• Knowledge of Printing flight load sheet, baggage report, Advance Passenger Information System (APIS)
• Extracting and printing Manifest with flight information related to seats, meals ▪ Creating Incidents/Problem as per incident management & problem management tools Other Requirements 

Requirements:

• Good communication 
• Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications 
• Good troubleshooting and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. 
• Ability to achieve stringent SLAs
