Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop, test, and refine prompts for a variety of AI models, including Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, and LLAMA.
• Experiment with different prompt formats and structures to achieve specific outcomes and enhance model performance.
• Work closely with AI trainers to evaluate prompt effectiveness and make necessary adjustments based on performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that prompts align with overall project goals and user needs.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and human-computer interaction (HCI) principles to craft prompts that are clear, effective, and aligned with user expectations.
• Analyze prompt performance and iteratively improve them to ensure optimal results.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and prompt engineering to incorporate innovative techniques and best practices into your work.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of prompt engineering standards and methodologies within the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in prompt engineering, NLP, or a related field.
• Proven ability to write clear, concise, and effective prompts for AI models.
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on optimizing prompt performance.
• A portfolio of previous prompt engineering work showcasing your ability to drive successful AI outcomes.
• Familiarity with multiple AI platforms and models, including Gemini, OpenAI, Anthropic, and LLAMA is a plus.
