Concentrix is hiring for the role of AI Product Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Product Vision & Roadmap:
• Define and maintain the product roadmap for AI bots and assistant features.
• Align the roadmap with company goals and user needs.
• Stakeholder Collaboration:
• Gather and translate requirements from internal and external stakeholders into user stories.
• Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams.
• Prompt Engineering Leadership:
• Collaborate with AI/NLP engineers to design and iterate on prompts.
• Optimize agent behavior and LLM performance through effective prompt engineering.
• Solution Development:
• Work with technical teams to integrate AI capabilities with backend systems, REST APIs, and databases.
• Metrics & Feedback Loops:
• Define success metrics for bot performance.
• Monitor KPIs, gather user feedback, and iterate based on outcomes.
• Agile Delivery:
• Manage feature development through Agile/Scrum workflows.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and team activities.
• AI Strategy Contribution:
• Stay updated with developments in LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic tooling.
• Contribute to the product’s AI-forward strategy.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in product management (AI, software, or tech product domains).
• Proven experience in prompt engineering and optimizing prompts for LLMs.
• Solid understanding of AI/ML technologies, particularly NLP.
• Comfortable working with technical teams on system integration, APIs, and backend workflows.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile tracking platforms.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
• Hands-on experience with AI bot platforms, agentic AI tools, or LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen).
• Understanding of cloud AI services (AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with REST APIs, databases, or backend system design.
• Technical background in Python or experience working closely with dev teams.
