Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design, Develop, and Implement AI/ML Models:
  • Design and build deep learning models for tasks such as natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and speech recognition.
  • Develop and implement machine learning algorithms for various applications, including chatbots, virtual assistants, and intelligent systems.
  • Train and optimize models for optimal performance and accuracy.
  • Integrate AIML models with other systems and applications.
  • Design and implement evaluation metrics for AIML models.
• Research and Stay Up-To-Date:
  • Conduct research on the latest advancements in AIML research and development.
  • Identify and evaluate new technologies and methodologies for potential application in our projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices.
• Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
  • Communicate technical concepts and ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate on project planning, implementation, and deployment.
• Documentation and Maintenance:
  • Document your work clearly and concisely.
  • Maintain and improve existing AIML models and systems.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Data Analysis and Processing:
  • Perform data analysis and feature engineering to prepare data for model training.
  • Develop data pipelines for efficient data ingestion and processing.
  • Work with large datasets and distributed computing platforms.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in computer science, artificial intelligence, or a related field preferred
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field required
• Proven experience in developing and deploying AIML models for real-world applications
• Strong understanding of deep learning and machine learning concepts
• Expertise in natural language processing (NLP) techniques
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++
• Familiarity with statistical modelling and machine learning algorithms
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) a plus
• Passion for AI and ML and a desire to learn and grow in the field
