Ericsson is hiring for the role of AI/ML Developer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Build & Deploy cutting-edge multi-agent Gen AI applications
- Work with large telecom datasets to train and fine-tune models
- Focus on model evaluation, ethics, bias mitigation, and privacy/security
- Play with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Deep dive into E2E Hands on Gen AI (LLMs, RAG, Multi-Agent Systems)
Requirements:
- Hands-on with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras
- Mastery of Python (extra points for Java , Spark)
- Familiar with cloud-native environments and microservices
- Relevant production grade experience in Data Science and Machine Learning
- Fluent in tech-talk , skilled at breaking down complex AI ideas into relatable nuggets for stakeholders across the spectrum
- Fueled by curiosity and cutting-edge trends
