Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• AI-First Design: Use AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, DALL·E, Runway, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.) to generate concepts, prototypes, and campaign-ready assets
• Creative Exploration: Experiment with generative design, new workflows, and automation to scale creativity
• Visual Craft: Refine AI outputs into polished, brand-ready designs across campaigns, product visuals, and illustrations
• Collaboration: Partner with marketing, product, and content teams to co-create impactful experiences
• Thought Leadership: Stay ahead of AI design trends, test new tools, and inspire the team with experiments and showcases

Requirements:

• Strong portfolio with examples of AI-generated design explorations
• Hands-on experience with generative AI tools
• Solid grounding in graphic design principles (typography, layout, branding)
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Curiosity, adaptability, and a drive to experiment
