Motorola Solutions is hiring for the role of AI Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Design, develop and implement Gen-AI applications and projects aligned to the business use cases and stories
- Implement and showcase Proof-Of-Concept (POCs), showcase viability and impact of Gen-AI to the Product Development and Sales team
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business problems anddevelop solutions in AI
- Create scalable Gen-AI systems capable of processing vast amounts of data.
- Perform feature engineering, model selection, and hyperparameter tuning to optimize the performance of the models
- Build tools for monitoring, observability and deploying Gen-AI applications
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior team members on Gen-AI and machine learning best practices and techniques
Requirements:
- Hands in experience in Gen-AI
