Cyware is hiring for the role of AI Engineer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Development and deployment of generic AI models, primarily ChatGPT and related technologies.
• Work with cross-functional groups to understand business needs and design models to meet them.
• Train and Fine-Tune Generative AI models by training and fine-tuning them using large datasets to improve performance, accuracy, and natural language comprehension.
• Evaluate and measure model effectiveness and user experience by developing and implementing evaluation metrics. Advances in Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and related fields: Keep up to date with the latest advances in generative AI.
• Improve the capabilities and effectiveness of conversational agents by proposing and implementing innovative algorithms. Integrate Generative AI models with software engineers.
• Work with software engineers to integrate Generative AI models in various applications and platforms to ensure optimal performance and resource-efficient deployment in real-world environments.

Requirements: 

• Experienced in creating and deploying general-purpose AI models, especially conversational agents, with a proven track record of working with ChatGPT or related technologies
• Proficiency in Python programming and deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow/PyTorch
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the capacity to think outside the box and come up with creative solutions to complex problems
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work well with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders
• Continuous learning with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest advances in AI
