Hitachi is hiring for the role of AI Content Quality Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Review and assess Large Language Model (LLM) outputs across multiple dimensions, including accuracy, relevance, coherence, tone, and completeness.
• Evaluate text, audio, video, and image data according to defined guidelines and instructions.
• Ensure Safety and Ethical Integrity
• Identify and flag content that may be harmful, biased, toxic, or inappropriate.
• Ensure all model outputs uphold safety, fairness, and responsible AI standards.
• Document issues clearly and concisely.
• Provide structured feedback for developers to support iterative model improvements.
• Work closely with AI development teams to align with project objectives.
• Contribute to enhancements in evaluation guidelines.
• Stay current with emerging trends and advancements in LLM and AI technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in English (mandatory).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking abilities with high attention to detail.
• Ability to objectively evaluate content and identify subtle linguistic nuances.
• Excellent command of grammar, syntax, punctuation, and stylistic conventions.
• Skilled at identifying factual inaccuracies and logical inconsistencies
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines
• Comfortable using digital tools and platforms for content evaluation
• Familiarity with different writing styles, tones, and editorial standards
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (24/7 environment)
• Must possess any graduation degree (Must have Provisional Certificate & Consolidated Marks Memo)
• Must be willing to work from office & in rotational shifts (5 Working Days & 2 Week Offs)
• Must be ready to join immediately.
