Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Find areas where AI and automation can simplify processes and boost efficiency, often within specific domains like HR.
• Lead automation projects from initial concept to full implementation, managing the entire lifecycle.
• Test and integrate emerging AI and automation technologies to enhance productivity.
• Work closely with IT and business units to ensure solutions meet needs and are successfully adopted.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of deployed solutions, ensuring they deliver business value.
• Maintain strong knowledge of automation tools, AI trends, and best practices, troubleshoot complex issues, and stay updated on new developments.
• Train staff on new tools and processes for smooth integration.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of automation tools (Power Platform, RPA).
• Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies.
• Good problem-solving and project mana
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes through digital tools and automation.
• HR Domain Experience
• Deliver end-to-end automation projects - from idea to implementation.
• Use platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and RPA tools.
• Pilot new technologies (e.g., Copilot, AI solutions) to enhance productivity.
• Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure successful adoption.
• Hands on automation tools and best practices.
