Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes through digital tools and automation.
- HR Domain Experience
- Deliver end-to-end automation projects – from idea to implementation.
- Use platforms such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and RPA tools.
- Pilot new technologies (e.g., Copilot, AI solutions) to enhance productivity.
- Work closely with IT and business teams to ensure successful adoption.
- Hands on automation tools and best practices.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of automation tools (Power Platform, RPA).
- Knowledge of AI and emerging technologies.
- Good problem-solving and project management skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
