UST Global is hiring for the role of AI Algorithm Engineer!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Design, develop, and implement efficient AI algorithms tailored to specific business or research objectives.
- Train machine learning models, fine-tune hyperparameters, and optimize model performance for deployment.
- Preprocess and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and ensure data quality for training.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies, applying new methods to improve algorithmic performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field with 3 to 4 years experience
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or sci-kit-learn, NLP, dand eep learning.
- Strong mathematical background in linear algebra, probability, statistics, and optimization techniques.
- Knowledge of algorithm complexity and data structures.
- Proven experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models.
