AGM – Design& Engineering Job in Chandrapur at Lloyds Metals & Energy Ltd

Field of Experience:

Major/Strong Area

• Should have experience in design of Plant engineering. Plant Layout for CHP, Iron ore, Pellet plants, Power Plant, Steel Plant , DRI plant and various mineral crushing, Screening beneficiation plants.
• Should have design/review engineering experience in of Trough Belt conveyors. Belt conveyor Profile and power calculation as per IS 11592 / CEMA
• Design & drawing of Mech. GA and load data of various process building
• Should have experience in reviewing Utility designing and drawings documents like Pneumatic conveying, HVAC, Raw water system, HPDSS,
• Proposal engineering, Estimation, MIS report preparation
• Should have knowledge on heat treatment process.
• Should have knowledge on Welding process.
• Review of QAP and preparation of fresh QAP whenever required.

Minor

• The candidate should have working knowledge in review of civil and structural designs in STAAD PRO software and review Staad files and reading civil and structural drawings and optimisation where ever required.
• Should have experience in design & drawing of small/moderate foundations and structures. Preparing BBS
• Should have knowledge in interpreting and reviewing GTI report.
• Should have experience in design & drawing of small/moderate foundations and structures.
• Knowledge/experience on civil and structural construction activities is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of power circuit and reading and understanding electrical SLD will be added advantage for this requirement

Skills:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS office. Proficiency in ACAD, STAAD Analysis Software. MS Project for scheduling would be an added advantage.
• Estimation of Mechanical & Utility components for Pellet, power, Steel Coal handling /Iron ore/various mineral crushing & beneficiation plants.
• Knowledge of codes and standards related to Mech./Civil- Structural.

Roles & Responsibility:

• Design and review of Mech. GA drawing of process building showing various equipments with load data/Plant Layout/Belt conv. Design/Power calculation/ Design and documents preparation for Utility systems
• Review of Civil/Structural design and drawings. Optimization of the same.
• Review of Basic electrical drgs like SLD for Power Infra.
• Preparation of proposal engineering for a new plant with approved concept, Project cost estimation.
• Preparation of monthly progress report. Project Management skill
