StayVista is hiring for the role of AGM Creative Lead

Responsibilities of the candidate:

• Effectively study design briefs and determine requirements from the stakeholders
• Responsible for conceptualizing visuals based on requirements
• Prepare rough drafts and present ideas to the stakeholders
• Responsible for developing illustrations, logos, and other designs using different software
• Use the appropriate colors and layouts as per brand guidelines for each graphic
• Work with copywriters and creative to produce the final design
• Responsible for testing graphics across various media and amend designs after feedback
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand

Requirements:

• A user-centric approach to drive higher satisfaction among stakeholders
• Familiar with design software and technologies such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and manage.
• Ability to deliver results under pressure and within the deadline.
• Strongly inclined to do high-quality and impactful work in a dynamic environment.

Qualification and Experience:

• Bachelor's/ Master's degree in design, Fine Arts, or certified course in designing with a minimum of 1 year of work experience in graphic designing.
