Deloitte is hiring for the role of Agentic AI Analyst!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Design and modernize large-scale data and analytics platforms including data management, governance and the integration of structured and unstructured data to generate insights leveraging cloud, edge and AI/ML technologies, platforms and methodologies for storage, processing
• Leverage automation, cognitive and AI based solutions to manage data, predict scenarios and prescribe actions
• Drive operational efficiency by managing and upgrading their data ecosystems and application platforms, utilizing analytics expertise and providing As-a-Service models to ensure continuous insights and enhancements.

Requirements:

• 1-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in Generative AI, Agentic AI, or related fields
• Must have strong hands-on experience with Python programming language
• Solid foundation in Agentic AI concepts and building intelligent agent systems
• Proficient in Tool calling/creation for enabling AI agents to interact with external tools and APIs
• Understanding of MCP (Model Context Protocol) for context management in AI applications
• Strong expertise in Prompt Engineering techniques for optimizing LLM and agent interactions
• Hands-on experience with LangChain and LangGraph for building AI agent applications and workflows
• Good understanding of Gen AI fundamentals and awareness of current trends in the field
• Knowledge of Transformer architecture and its role in modern AI systems
• Experience with API integration for connecting AI systems with external services
• Familiarity with Workflow orchestration patterns for managing complex agent tasks.
