Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Assist walking customers and direct them to the appropriate service or cash desk.
• Handle and resolve quick queries efficiently.
• Manage inward and outward mail effectively.
• Encourage customers to use digital channels for banking transactions.
• Ensure adherence to audit standards with zero observations.
• Drive Net Promoter Score (NPS) to achieve 90% customer satisfaction and improve service culture.
• Clear branch cheque drop box within specified cutoff times.
• Encourage customers to increase their CASA (Current Account Savings Account) balances.
• Support branch operations including handling displays, supporting branch activities, and maintaining branch upkeep.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of banking products and services.
• Ability to solve problems and manage complex situations.
• Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and the local language.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Good networking and relationship-building skills.
