Affluent Banking Assistant Manager (Network Coverage) Job in Ahmedabad at Axis Bank

Axis Bank is hiring for the role of Affluent Banking Assistant Manager (Network Coverage)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Execute LCY transactions error-free, including cash deposits/withdrawals, TIDE liquidation, draft issuances, in-house transfers, etc.
• Manage cash within allotted limits and adhere to cash desk timing as per regulatory guidelines.
• Balance cash at the end of the day and prepare reports such as teller blotter sheet, MIS, Stop payment, Heavy cash, MIFT, Address change, etc.
• Manage PINS and chequebooks as custodians if applicable.
• Handle secured stationary like DD and other miscellaneous stationary.
• Drive NPS@90% by providing a strong service culture and improving service quality.
• Ensure nil audit observations, overage, shortages, or escalations related to transaction delays.

Requirements:

• Graduation/Post-graduation from a recognized institute
• 0-3 years experience in the relevant field
• Knowledge of banking products and services
• Ability to solve issues and manage complex situations
• Good communication skills in both English and the local language
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Good networking and relationship-building skills
