The sleep company is hiring for the role of Affiliate Marketing - Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Develop and execute the affiliate marketing strategy to drive revenue growth and customer acquisition for the brand.
• Identify and recruit new affiliates, and coupon partners.
• Manage and optimize affiliate partnerships, including negotiating and executing contracts, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing support.
• Analyze affiliate performance data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and recommend improvements to the program.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling marketing assets for affiliates to use, including email templates, banners, and social media content.
• Monitor and report on affiliate program performance, including KPIs such as conversion rates, revenue, and ROI.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in affiliate marketing.
• Website and pricing update as per the sale.

Requirements:

• Strong communication skills in English
• Proficiency in advanced Excel features such as VLOOKUP and PivotTables
• Ability to create comprehensive reports
• Google analytics
