vCommission is hiring for the role of Affiliate Manager!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Identify and onboard affiliates that align with overall delivery objectives.
• Manage affiliates and address their escalations promptly and with high priority.
• Provide regular feedback to affiliates and prioritize retention efforts.
• Cultivate strong relationships with affiliates through effective communication via calls, messaging apps, and emails.
• Conduct regular analysis and market research to gather campaign exposures and strategize with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with affiliates to collect brand wish lists and facilitate onboarding of required campaigns.
• Monitor affiliate activity and performance to ensure compliance with all specified KPIs.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in managing affiliate programs, with proficiency in negotiation and communication skills
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the performance marketing space, whether with a brand, agency, or network
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly adept at negotiations and closing deals
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets, including advanced functions such as pivot tables, v-lookups, and formulas like sum, average, and customizing reports
