Reliance Jio is hiring for the role of Advisor Outbound Sales!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
- Migration of free trial customers to paid customers through outbound calls
- Liaison with customers for upselling and cross-selling
- Handle inbound customer queries and explain the product and offer information
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Enter new customer information into the system and update existing customer information
- Identify and escalate priority issues
- Follow communication procedures, and guidelines and document all call information according to standard operating procedures
Requirements:
- 10+2/Non technical Graduate
- Experience Required- 6 to 12 Months
- Knowledge in telesales
- Speak and write the local language
- Verbal and listening skills
- Interpersonal Skill
- Attention to detail
