Group Bayport is hiring for the role of Advisor - Customer Experience!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Handle customer queries via calls, emails, chat, and social media (as applicable).
• Resolve customer complaints and provide accurate product/service information.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
• Follow communication scripts, policies, and procedures.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed KPIs including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
• Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures.

Requirements

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Good typing speed and computer literacy.
• Problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems is a plus.
