Bounteous x Accolite is hiring for the role of Adobe Experience Platform Developer!

Responsibilities of the Candidate: 

• Design and implement effective data ingestion pipelines within Adobe Experience Platform to facilitate seamless integration of a variety of data sources.
• Work with the Solution Architect and extract, transform and load marketing and customer data into the platform in an automated and scalable manner
• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot AEP implementations, offering support and resolving technical issues as they arise.
• Work together with cross-functional teams to establish data strategies and promote best practices for data management and governance.
• Develop deep expertise in our client’s data infrastructure and partner with the respective teams 
• Provide valuable training and support to internal teams on AEP functionalities and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Keep abreast of updates and enhancements to the Adobe Experience Platform, leveraging new features to refine and improve current processes.

Requirements:

• College degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics or a related field
• 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Platform including hands-on experience in schema creation, identity configuration, data ingestion, data transformation, data debugging & troubleshooting, and custom development & scripting.
• Strong knowledge of data modeling, customer segmentation, and analytics principles.
• Proficiency in SQL, and at least one programming language such as Python, Java, JavaScript.
• Familiarity with Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics, WebSDK & MobileSDK, Adobe Target, and other Adobe Experience Cloud products is advantageous.
• Experience working with cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, etc.), especially products for building and managing data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of customer data platforms
• Exposure to Spark, Hadoop, and other big data technologies is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills with the capability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration with various stakeholders.
• A problem-solving mindset with a keen attention to detail, making you proactive in identifying and addressing challenges.
