UBS is hiring for the role of Adobe Business Analyst!
Responsibilities of the candidate:
- Manage tracking implementation and configuration in Adobe Analytics (definition of metrics, segments, tagging, configuring site launches, ..)
- Lead web analytics implementation across our portfolio, working closely with site/journey owners, developers, and data engineers
- Collect business requirements and ask probing questions to fully understand business needs and how it relate to key performance
- Advocate tracking best practices and educate other analysts and product teams on the best way to get value from Adobe Analytics
- Coordinate the journey's implementation from collecting requirements to delivering impact through reports, dashboards, and visualizations
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to talk to business and technical stakeholders
- Hands-on experience managing Web and Mobile analytics implementation by using Adobe Analytics (preferred) or similar
- Hands on experience implementing a tag management solution (Adobe Launch preferred)
- Familiarity with JavaScript and front-end technologies and ability to write technical specifications
- Ability to translate business requirements in to technical ones and another way round
- Experience in working directly with multiple stakeholders at the same time, communicating timelines and priorities and driving the implementation forward
