Information Technology Learning Hub LLP is hiring for the role of Admission Counselor/Business Development Executive!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Speak and engage with leads (potential students) generated through various marketing channels.
• Make about 200-220 dials/calls per day.
• Ensure follow-ups with potential leads are done within a turnaround of 24 hours
• Coordinate and seek feedback on your calls from our Quality Assurance team
• Adhere to the process and inputs suggested by them is important
• Identify upselling opportunities with existing students who will benefit from our advanced programs
• Schedule and coordinate virtual sessions for prospective students
• Participate in team discussions on process improvements, brainstorming, and other sessions
• Attend training and other sessions as recommended by your team or basis of your needs

Requirements:

• Be results-driven and motivated to meet their KRAs/goals. A drive towards earning maximum incentives is a plus!
• Strong ability - and experience - to deal with rejections/failures.
• Learner’s mindset and an ability to think on their feet.
• A strong belief in the potential of an ed-tech product changing (impacting) a student’s life.
• Be open to critical and constructive feedback (given only when needed).
• Candidates with a “can’t do” attitude or a “negative approach” will not find our environment suitable.
