Admission Counsellor Job in Rohtak at K12 Techno Services Private Limited

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive guidance to prospective students regarding admission requirements, academic programs, scholarships, financial aid, and campus life. 
• Assist students in completing application forms accurately and in a timely manner. Review applications for completeness and provide guidance on additional documents or information required.
• Evaluate applicant qualifications, including academic records, test scores, recommendation letters, and personal statements. Assess eligibility for admission based on the institution's admission criteria and policies. Collaborate with admission committees as needed.
• Conduct presentations, seminars, and workshops to inform prospective students and their families about the institution's academic programs, admission process, and campus resources. Represent the institution at college fairs, recruitment events, and high school visits.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, application documents, and admission decisions using appropriate software systems or databases.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in college admissions, counseling, or a related field is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of college admission procedures, policies, and regulations.
• Familiarity with academic programs and requirements in the field of education.
• Ability to analyze student profiles and make informed admission decisions.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems, databases, and office productivity tools.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ethical conduct and respect for student confidentiality.
