Larsen & Toubro is hiring for the role of Administrator - Transport Management!

Responsibilities od the Candidate:

• Need to come in rotation shift (once settled down) & act as a transport in-charge.
• Monitor, record and MIS of bus arrival & seat utilization data
• Book monthly / casual cars on day to day basis & ensure allocation  
• Attend bus / car passenger complaints and its resolution
• Monitor & maintain bus / car statutory compliance
• Physical inspection of buses / cars on regular basis and its records, co-ordination with vendor for earliest address of observations.
• Co-ordinate and conduct drivers training on qualiy, safety & BBS
• Checking and processing PPO, CJC & bills of hired vehicles in ERP LN system & Involvement in other digital initiatives of the dept.
• Involve in day to day dept. activities
• Deal with Vendors supervisors, bus / car drivers on daily basis on various transport related matters. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Business Administration Honours (BBA Hons) or Bachelor of Commerce (BCom).
