Wipro is hiring for the role of Administrator (Contract)!

Responsibilities of the Candidate:

  • Ensure timely response to all tickets raised by the client end-users.
  • Provide solutions to service requests while maintaining quality parameters.
  • Act as a custodian of the client’s network, server, system, storage, platform, and infrastructure to ensure proper functioning and upkeep.
  • Monitor the number of tickets raised through various channels (dial home, email, chat, IMS) and provide appropriate solutions within defined resolution timeframes.
  • Perform root cause analysis for tickets raised and create action plans to resolve issues, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Provide immediate resolution to high-priority tickets or services.
  • Install and configure software and hardware as per service requests.
  • Adhere 100% to timeliness based on issue priority to manage client expectations and avoid escalations.
  • Provide application and user access based on client requirements to ensure timely solutions.
  • Track all tickets from acceptance to resolution as per customer-defined resolution times.
  • Maintain timely backups of critical data, logs, and management resources to ensure acceptable solution quality.
  • Coordinate with on-site teams for resolving complex problems and ensure timely client servicing.
  • Review logs gathered by Chat BOTS and ensure all service requests and issues are resolved promptly.

Requirements:

  • Expert in process excellence with the ability to follow standards and norms for consistent results, effective control, and risk reduction.
  • Competent in systems thinking to understand interrelatedness and interdependencies within complex environments.
  • Expert technical knowledge of various devices, networks, and systems to be serviced by the administrator.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for achieving results.
  • Proficiency in collaborative working and execution excellence.
  • Demonstrated ability to adhere to SLA timelines with zero escalations and positive client feedback.
  • Experience in providing client solutions and resolving complex issues efficiently
