Administration & Operations Internship in Mumbai at Arachnomesh Technologies Private Limited

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain records and files in order for ease of reference (both on-line and physical copies of the records)
• Communicate with employees and business heads for better alignment
• Assist human resources
• Manage sales and marketing
• Call potential customers to evaluate their suitability for our products
• Provide support to our existing customers over email, phone, or WhatsApp
• Provide support for weekly and monthly management reporting
• Developing and managing ops vendor relationships; manage vendors, service providers
• Provide support to the operations manager by assisting with show coverage for select performances

Skills :

• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Organised and able to meet deadlines
• Flexibility, presence of mind, leadership
