About this Job

Core responsibilities:

  • Employee data and records: Maintain, update, and organize employee records in HR databases. This includes personal information, contracts, and leave requests. 
  • Recruitment and onboarding: Assist with job postings, schedule interviews, generate offer letters, conduct background checks, and manage the onboarding process for new hires. 
  • Documentation: Prepare and manage HR documents such as employment contracts, new hire guides, and policy documents. 
  • Benefits and payroll support: Assist with benefits enrollment and answer employee questions. Support the payroll department by providing accurate employee data like work schedules and leave information. 
  • Policy and compliance: Help implement and enforce company policies and ensure compliance with labor laws. 
  • Employee support: Act as a point of contact for employees, answering inquiries about HR procedures, policies, and benefits. 
  • Reporting: Help generate HR reports on metrics like employee turnover, performance, and hiring trends. 

Required skills:

  • Organization: Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail are essential for managing numerous records and tasks. 
  • Confidentiality: The ability to handle sensitive employee information with professionalism and discretion. 
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with employees, management, and external partners.
