Responsibilities of the Candidate:

• Plan and supervise daily transportation, schedule routes, and coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff. 
• Assign tasks to drivers, manage vehicle allocation, and ensure staff compliance with grooming and safety standards. 
• Track shipments, ensure proper storage and distribution, and prepare necessary documentation like shipping documents and reports. 
• Ensure all transportation activities comply with safety standards and government regulations. This includes inspecting vehicles, conducting safety audits, and managing the maintenance and repair of vehicles. 
• Prepare and maintain records, create daily, weekly, or monthly reports, and manage administrative tasks related to transport. 
• Act as a point of contact for employees, vendors, and other departments, handling queries and resolving issues.
